Olympia would never have achieved its unique importance in the Greek world and the fame that has lasted for thousands of years if nothing more than sacrifices to the gods had occurred there, or questions been put to the oracle.

ON THE PODIUM is the FMS Olympia! It is our way of honoring the Olympionicae of academia. We will present a different scholar each month that has made, or is currently making significant contributions to the Arts and Letters of mythology, depth psychology, religious studies, archetypal psychology, or related fields.
